The issue occurs for schedules that contain multiple shifts with coverage rules and is reproduced on instances running Xanadu Patch 7 or earlier (including the Yokohama release). Users receive malformed reminder notifications, which can cause confusion and increase support effort.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as admin 2. import the attached XML 3. Navigate to calendar and select group 4. Click on edit shift and click on resend reminders 5. Navigate to sys_email.LIST

observed: Reminder Report Showing in Wrong Format expected: Reminder Report Should Show in Correct Format

1. Log in to the instance as an admin. 2. Import the attached XML containing a sample on‑call schedule. 3. Navigate to On‑Call Scheduling → Calendar, select the imported group, and click Edit Shift. 4. Click Resend Reminders. 5. Open sys_email list, locate the generated reminder record, and click Preview Email. 6. Observe that the reminder report is displayed in the wrong format.

Workaround The issue is permanently resolved in Xanadu Patch 7, Xanadu Patch 9, and Yokohama.
