Recommended approach: Create Assessment Types through All > Risk > Administration > Assessment Types. This menu path applies the correct default filter (Evaluation method [is] Risk Assessment and Table [is] sn_risk_risk), ensuring the Evaluation method is set correctly.For more details, please refer the documsnt below.
