Check the Plugin "Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set" is upto date/repaired 2. Navigate to Table : sys_cs_collab_settings.LIST 3. Click on "Expand Domain Scope" 4. If their is any Custom Records in other domain, apart from "Global Settings" record with sys_id : 3e998441c35f01103f4fcd7b7940dd8e Kindly delete the Other records by keeping the backup. 5. Once you delete , retest the issue.
