Assignment group members are loaded only after the group is expanded, which is a deliberate design to optimize performance and avoid loading all agents when multiple assignment groups or territories are selected.It was also observed that some members of the assignment group did not have valid location information associated with their user records. Since the map requires location data to render agents, these members cannot be displayed.
