The job queries the [sys_cs_conversation] table for conversations that are in a completed state and were created today. If no completed conversations are found, the evaluation process does not start and no records are written to [sn_na_conv_eval_evaluation]. This is expected behavior. On development or test instances with no active VA traffic, this condition is common and will occur every day the job runs without any test conversations being completed first. Note: the job responsible for creating evaluation records is called "Execute Evaluations." A separate job called "CE Populate Value Aggregates Chats - Daily" only aggregates metrics from existing records and does not create evaluations. Running "CE Populate Value Aggregates Chats - Daily" when [sn_na_conv_eval_evaluation] is empty will not produce any output. Navigate to System Properties > All Properties and search for sn_na_conv_eval.maxEvaluateCount to verify.The "Execute Evaluations" scheduled job is enabled. Navigate to System Scheduler > Scheduled Jobs, search for "Execute Evaluations" in the sn_na_conv_eval scope, and confirm the job is active. To generate evaluation records on a development or test instance: On the target instance, start and complete one or more Virtual Agent conversations. Ensure the conversations reach a completed state before continuing.Navigate to System Scheduler > Scheduled Jobs and open the "Execute Evaluations" job (you can filter by name or by application scope sn_na_conv_eval, or use the sys_id 3d89b938ffe3221082c4ffffffffff62 to locate it directly).Click "Execute Now" to trigger the job manually.Wait 2 to 3 minutes. The evaluation process runs in the background after the scheduled job fires.Navigate to the Conversation Evaluator evaluations table ([sn_na_conv_eval_evaluation]) and verify that evaluation records have been created. On production instances with regular Virtual Agent traffic, the "Execute Evaluations" job will find completed conversations automatically when it runs on its nightly schedule, without requiring manual test conversations.
