When the asmt_metric_category is committed to the target instance, its background Business Rule evaluates the category filter. If the target assessable record (asmt_assessable_record) has not yet been fully committed to the database at that exact millisecond, the filter yields zero results. Consequently, the platform fails to generate the underlying Many-to-Many relationship record (asmt_m2m_category_assessment). Without this M2M link, the AssessmentCreation script include evaluates the metric count as zero and passes the string "noquestions" to the UI page. Note: KB2908525 resolution of clicking the "Generate Assessable Records" UI Action does not apply here, as that UI Action is hidden via condition current.evaluation_method == 'assessment' and is not available for Surveys. (This triggers OOB Business Rules to rebuild missing schema relationships). Method 2: Manual Mapping Navigate to Assessable Records (asmt_assessable_record.list) and open the record matching the Survey name.Scroll to the Category related list.Click Edit... and manually move the associated Metric Category from the left bucket to the right bucket.Save the record.
