The issue occurs intermittently.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Demand with Planned Start Date and Planned End Date set to future dates. 2. Create a Story on the Demand with Planned Start Date and Planned End Date set to the current date. 3. Progress the Demand through all required stages until it reaches the Approved state. 4. On the approved Demand, click the Create Project related link. 5. Verify that the Project is created and that the Story is copied to the newly created Project. 6. Open the Project and navigate to the Project Task related list. 7. Verify whether an Agile Phase record has been created.

The OOB before-BR 'Validate Start date for Child Task' aborted the insertion because the defaulted start date fell outside the project's planned window, resulting in an 'Invalid Project Duration' error and preventing Agile Phase creation. 3. The intermittent nature occurred because near-term project windows triggered the error, while wider windows masked the issue due to schedule tolerance.
