This behavior was observed in both customer instances and confirmed in an OOB instance. The customer requested the ability to upload SVG files through VA.Resolution:SVG file uploads are intentionally blocked by design due to security concerns. SVG files can embed executable content and were previously associated with stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. The platform enforces this security control server-side across all channels, and it cannot be configured, disabled, or overridden.
