Confirm that the required Now Assist in AI Search Genius Result configurations (Now Assist Q&A, Now Assist Actions, and Now Assist Multi-Content Response) are present and active in the instance configuration (ais_genius_result_configuration).2. Configure the Genius Results from AI Search → Now Assist in AI Search Setup.3. Link the configurations to the required Search Profile under the Genius Results related list.4. Ensure the selected Genius Result configuration is associated with the relevant portal/global search experience once linked.5. Note that on newer releases, Now Assist Multi-Content Response is the recommended experience and may take precedence over legacy Q&A/Actions behavior when configured together.
