Navigate to the sys_properties table in your ServiceNow instance. 2. Locate the sys_property entry named 'glide.authenticate.sso.saml2.enable_encrypted_id' , if it does not exist ; create a new system property.3. Set the value of this property to 'true' and type 'true|false' and save the form.4. Verify that the EncryptedID is successfully decrypted , ensuring compatibility with other IdPs that sends plain NameID without encryption. 5. Confirm the resolution by testing the login process with the updated configuration. Note: This feature is not generally available and requires ServiceNow support to enable it on the instance.
