On Service Operation Workspace, go to Schedules2. Create a Shift3. Once a Shift is created, go to the 'Members' tab4. From 'Add Responder Level', click 'Create New'. At this point observe there is Primary and Secondary responders/members5. Go to 'Details' tab6. Go back to 'Members' tab, and observe that the Secondary responder/member disappears7. From 'Add Responder Level', click 'Create New'.
