Each instance runs its own CDS schedules independently on their configured cadence. If the relevant CDS client schedule job for the samp_sw_product_definition table has not yet run on a given instance after the CR was published, the update will not be reflected in that instance's Content Library. Different instances in the same customer environment can therefore show different states of the content depending on when their CDS job last executed. Open the schedule record and validate the following: The job is Active. The Next run time is in the near future, or trigger the job on-demand using "Execute Now". Execute the job on-demand to pull the latest content from CDS. After the job completes, verify in the Content Library that the updated Software Product Definition now reflects the values published by the CR. Repeat the same steps on any additional instances (Dev, Test, Sandbox, etc.) where the update is expected.
