Open the H&S workspace app in UI Builder → Risk Assessment record page → select the Risk actions related-list component.2. On the filter property, switch it from the blank/default value to a Use script.3. And return '';4. Save. Returning an explicit empty string overrides the platform default, and active=true is removed from the UI.
