Option B: Update the Script Include access level Navigate to System Definition > Script Includes and locate the custom Script Include referenced by the COE Security Policy.Change the Application Access field from package_private to public.Save and test HR Admin access. Validation After applying either option, confirm that HR Admin users can access HR cases by navigating to the HR case list as the affected user.
