If step 1 is not possible, then, Import XML of same custom field into affected instance from instance where it is working properly. 3. If step 1 and 2 are not possible, Delete the dictionary entry for the custom field from the affected instance.3.1. Recreate the custom field in the 'sn_si_incident' table to ensure it is properly mapped to the database. 4. After fixing or recreating the custom field, check if the SIR integration page loads properly and the configuration can be completed.
