As a result, it is installed automatically when the SOW is enabled in the instance. Similar logs could be found during the instance upgrade. The Walk-up experience does not have to be configured or used, but it cannot be excluded from installation, as it's a shared dependency for interaction management within the Service Operations Workspace.
