Click New to add the MID Server host IP ( ) to the inclusion (Allow) list. If a Deny entry is currently matching the MID Server IP, adjust or remove that entry so the host is no longer blocked. Click Submit. Confirm the MID Server reconnects and its status returns to Up. Restart the MID Server service if it does not reconnect automatically.
