How the Portal Determines the Title The out-of-box Standard Ticket Header widget determines the title using the following logic: data.title = sdField ? sdField.display_value : record.getLabel(); If the Short Description (sdField) exists, it is displayed as the page title.If it is empty, the widget falls back to the record label or number.
