Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } The permanent fix is included in Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications plugin version 9.2.0 or higher, available starting with the Australia release. Upgrade your instance and update the plugin to the specified version or later. If an immediate upgrade is not possible, a workaround is available using an update set. The workaround approach is outlined below. The fix for PRB1987370 is implemented in Script Include - SOWITSMCommonClientUtilsSNC (sys_id=83d911b17763301027aae297cd5a993c). Since this Script Include is designated with the SNC suffix, it is a ServiceNow Core file and cannot be directly modified by customers. Therefore, to override this limitation, we have implemented the fix from PRB1987370 in the non-core version:Script Include - SOWITSMCommonClientUtils (sys_id=cb7c49397723301027aae297cd5a99cd), which has been included in the update set. Important considerations before applying the workaround: Verify that the SOWITSMCommonClientUtils Script Include has not been customized before applying the update set.Test the update set in a non-production environment and confirm the behavior before deploying to production. If you later upgrade to Australia or a newer release with the fixed plugin version, please revert the SOWITSMCommonClientUtils Script Include to its out-of-box state to avoid conflicts.
