The Collaborative Work Management application does not expose a system property that allows administrators to configure or increase the maximum custom column count. When using Save as Template, the Board Views to Save option allows users to: Save all shared board viewsSave only the currently selected board view This enables creation of templates based on a specific board configuration. Custom Column Limits The maximum number of custom columns is not configurable through system properties or application settings. If a board or template exceeds the supported custom column limit, the limit cannot be increased through configuration. The restriction is enforced by the product. The exact limits OOB are: 45 columns of type "others" (short text, number, dropdown, single-user people, reference, formula, boolean)30 columns of type "date"25 columns of type "long text / URL / label / multi-user people"
