According to the internal design specification for the Presentation List migration: "A removed alert will appear faded." This means that when a record is removed from the current live result set (for example because it no longer matches the active filter), the row may remain visible in a faded/greyed-out state instead of being immediately removed from the screen. A manual refresh re-executes the query and removes records that no longer satisfy the filter conditions. Why This Happens The newer Workspace List / Presentation List component was designed differently from the historical Express List implementation. Internal product guidance indicates that: Records that are deleted or no longer satisfy the current filter criteria may appear greyed out.The component provides visual indication that the record has changed state.Immediate removal of the row is not necessarily performed during the live update event. This behavior allows operators to visually recognize that a record they were viewing is no longer part of the active result set. Express List vs Live List Express List and Workspace Live List are separate implementations and should not be expected to behave identically. Scenario Open a Workspace Alert List showing active alerts.Enable Live Updates.Close an alert from another browser session or another operator account.Observe the alert row.
