Use “Show More Nodes” to display the remaining CIs. Expected behavior: The service map should display all related CIs associated via the svc_ci_assoc table. Actual behavior: Other related CIs linked to the service are not shown. The life_cycle_status values of the related CIs do not match the values configured in the Unified Map filter definition stored in the sn_cmdb_ws_operational_lifecycle_for_unified_map table. As a result, CIs whose lifecycle state is not included in this filter are excluded from the map visualization in SOW, even though they exist in svc_ci_assoc and are visible in the Classic UI dependency view. Additional Information Out-of-the-box, the “Life cycle list” field is configured with only “Operational”. Any CIs in other lifecycle states (e.g., Retired, In Maintenance, Staging, etc.) will not be displayed in SOW unless explicitly added to this filter. This behaviour is in Unified Map - regardless of whether the service map is accessed from CMDB workspace or the SOW's 'View Service Map' option.
