For example: Change the line `var q = "cmdb_ci.sys_class_name=cmdb_ci_service";` to `var q = "cmdb_ci.sys_class_name=cmdb_ci_service_business";` By doing this, the widget will be refreshed whenever there is a outage for class 'cmdb_ci_service_business'. The class can be anything from cmdb_ci_service table based on customer's need.
