This is the actual content that will be communicated to recipients. - Email Template — This defines the email wrapper/layout (header, footer, branding, portal links) that is applied when the publication email notification is sent to recipients. It does not inject content into theform.2) How it works at publish time:When a publication is published, the system assembles the final email by injecting the Content section into the Email Template using the following OOB mail scripts embedded in the "Publication Default"template:- ${mail_script:publication_content} — Pulls the author's content into the email body- ${mail_script:publication_attach_links} — Includes attachment links- ${mail_script:add_users_to_bcc_list} — Populates BCC with recipient list users- ${mail_script:sn_publications_host_url} — Constructs the portal link for recipients to view the publication online3) The email template acts as a wrapper/frame around the content, not as a content source. The author is expected to:1. Write the publication message in the Content section using the rich text editor2. Select an Email Template (e.g., "Publication Default") to define how the email will be formatted/styled when sent This is NOT a code defect. This is working as designed. The email template defines the email layout/formatting, and the Content section is authored separately by the publication creator. Both are combined at send time when the publication is published.
