Additionally, this capability requires the instance to be on Z release or a higher supported release, as earlier releases (such as Y release) are not compatible with this feature. To ensure availability of the workflow, the instance must be upgraded to Z release (or a later supported release). Running the plugin on unsupported platform versions will prevent the workflow from being provisioned, even if the plugin installation or repair is successful. After completing the upgrade, it is important to perform post-upgrade validation steps. This includes confirming that both the Now Assist for ITOM plugin and the AI Agents for AIOps components are updated to a compatible version (2.5.0 or higher). Once updated, verify that the Manage alerts autonomously agentic workflow is available and functioning as expected within the instance.
