As a result: 1. The Add action remained in a loading state 2. The selected incident was not associated with the problem record 3. A client-side error was triggered in the workspace Resolution: We tested by reverting the Web Service Operation to align with the working configuration from the test environment. After reverting the changes: 1. The system returned the expected response structure 2. The incident association completed successfully 3. The loader behavior was resolved
