Go to the Extract Information from Documents skill configuration in Now Assist Admin.Open the field descriptions for the skill.Add an instruction such as: "Ignore any images contained within the email signature."Save the updated field descriptions.Test the skill on an email that contains both a signature image and a relevant attachment to verify that the signature image is excluded from the results. Note: The effectiveness of this approach depends on how clearly the email signature is structured. If signature images are not consistently identifiable by the LLM, additional prompt refinement may be needed.
