If Approver Type = User, the "Approval Users" related list must contain the required approver(s) If Approver Type = Group, the "Approval Groups" related list must contain the required group(s) When this mismatch exists, the getpreviewdetails API call returns an empty approval_request, causing the Advance Approval Card component to have no data to render and to display an infinite loading state.
