Despite having the condition of Planned End Date changing that was met, the "Retroactive Start" was also set for this configuration. The totals of all configurations set the Planned End date to a time when all the start conditions were first met, not the most recent Planned End date the customer was expecting. Solution: Deactivate the Retroactive Start on the configuration fon the SLA.
