Open the record, click the profile icon at the top right, and select Printer friendly version. From the Printer friendly version page, print or save the page as a PDF. This approach provides a better formatted output for HTML field content and helps preserve the readability of tables and formatted text. If the record-level PDF export does not preserve HTML table formatting, using Printer friendly version is the recommended alternate approach.
