(Note: If this column is not visible in the list view, click the gear icon in the top right corner and move the column from the left column selector to the right.)Repair the Asset Management plugin by navigating to /now/app-manager/home/plugin/id/com.snc.asset_management/details and clicking the repair option. After these steps are completed, future upgrades will include all available out-of-box Substatus choice records.
