Steps to reproduce: 1) Log in to <instance> 2) Go to cab_definition.LIST 3) Open any definition --> CAB meetings related list. 4) Open any existing record and modify the start and end date of the CAB meeting. (Ex: 16th to 17th) 5) Go back to CAB definition and click on "Refresh CAB Meetings" Related links. 6) Go to CAB meetings and refresh you will see a new entry for which you have modified. The related list will display both the original meeting date back and the newly updated meeting date. The behavior occurs due to how the CAB meeting refresh process is designed to work: When you click Refresh CAB Meetings, the system triggers the Refresh CAB Meeting Agenda Items UI action, which invokes the CABDefinitionSNC script include. This script include contains the "_generateMeetingsBetween" method, which is responsible for generating missing CAB meetings based on the associated schedule.If you want to remove the original meeting record after rescheduling, manually delete it from the CAB Meetings related list. The system will not prevent this deletion. As the purpose of "Refresh CAB meetings" is to generate CAB meetings as per Schedule entry configuration.
