When stories are created under a specific sprint from the CWM workspace board, they are successfully associated with the sprint within the workspace. However, this sprint association is not reflected in the corresponding records in the rm_story table, and the "Sprint" field remains empty. This occurs because: The sprint information in CWM is managed through a shadow record rather than being directly stored on the rm_story record. This design enables support for an agile development model across multiple task types in ServiceNow, not limited to stories alone. The actual sprint data and story-to-sprint relationships are maintained in the CWM-specific backend table. To view or track stories associated with a sprint: Navigate to the sn_cwm_sprint table, where sprint records and their linked tasks (including stories) are stored. This design has been validated with the product team and confirmed as standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) behaviour.
