Navigate to Live Profiles table "live_profile" 2. Search for the user name in Name column with the user name displayed in console. 3. Open the record and locate the "Name" and "Document Name" fields 4. Verify that "Document Name" matches the "Name" field 5. If different, update "Document Name" to match "Name" or revert it to OOB. (OOB system generate with same value, customer needs to update this only if they want to refer different users in console and form view) 6. Save the record 7. Verify the planning console now displays the correct assignee.
