Saving the building geometry returns to the previous screen, and saving that screen returns to the polygon creation map, preventing the building from being set up. This was observed when trying to add a new building to an existing campus, while creating new campuses and adding buildings to them worked correctly. The 'building field validation' business rule (sys_id c42ab7c71b5dc3901cd4cb33604bcb66) aborts the creation of a building if its entering_zoom is less than the entering_zoom of its parent campus. For the sample campus where it failed , the entering_zoom value was set higher than the entering_zoom of the newly drawn building, triggering the validation failure and resulting in a HTTP 403 error. Align entering-zoom values on the affected existing campuses by either (a) lowering the campus Entering zoom to <= the buildings' entering zoom, or (b) creating buildings with Entering zoom >= the campus value (staying within the supported 10-23 range enforced by the 'Entering zoom range' rule). 2. Ensure campus/building entering-zoom values are chosen intentionally for the desired map zoom behavior.
