No console errors are observed. The issue is reproducible on a clean out-of-the-box instance and persists even after repairing the plugin. This is a regression of a defect previously resolved in v1.0.1 (PRB1952120). The Guided Setup flow — which provides a step-by-step configuration guide post-installation — was not carried forward for this version, causing the page to render blank when accessed. Workaround — Run the Assessment via Scheduled Job Navigate to System Definition → Scheduled Jobs via the Application Navigator.Apply the filter: Application is "Now Assist Readiness Evaluation" OR Name is "GenAI/AgenticAI Assessment".Open the GenAI/AgenticAI Assessment scheduled job.Click Execute Now.Once the job completes, review results in the Individual Assessment Pages or the Agentic AI Assessment Dashboard:Navigate to: now/genai-assessment/agentic-ai-assessment-dashboard Additional Steps — If the instance contains the HRSD module Change the Application Scope to Human Resources: Core.Navigate to Restricted Caller Access Privileges (sys_restricted_caller_access table) via the Application Navigator.Apply the filter: Source Scope is "Now Assist Readiness Evaluation".Change the status of all matching records to Allowed.Once done, repeat steps 1–4 above.Assessment results will now populate in the Now Assist in HRSD page. Additional Notes If the workaround above is completed successfully, there is no need to use the Guided Setup UI.Repairing the plugin does not resolve the blank page — this is a known limitation of v1.0.5 on Yokohama.Monitor PRB1952120 for a permanent fix in a future plugin version.
