Refresh interval: Real-time / on demand Data from sn_cda_task is live. The dashboard reads directly from the table at the time it is loaded — there is no scheduled batch refresh. Reloading the dashboard will always reflect the current state of records in the table. 2. sn_ca_analytics_stat — Content Analytics Statistics (Scheduled Refresh) Used by: Dashboards installed by Content Analytics app display engagement and consumption metrics (e.g. views, clicks, read rates). Refresh interval: Daily, at a time defined by the Content Analytics Tracking Profile Data in sn_ca_analytics_stat is populated by the Content Analytics tracking engine. The refresh schedule is controlled by the Content Analytics Tracking Profile (sn_cda_snc_tracking_profile). Administrators can review or adjust the scheduled refresh time within this profile configuration. Note: Because this data refreshes once daily, metrics shown in the Content Analytics dashboard may lag behind real-time activity by up to 24 hours depending on when the last refresh ran relative to the current time. How to Identify a Report's Data Source If it is unclear which data source a specific dashboard report draws from: Open the dashboard and click Edit.Select (highlight) the relevant Data Visualization widget.The data source table will be displayed in the widget configuration panel. Configuring the Content Analytics Tracking Profile To review or update the daily refresh schedule for sn_ca_analytics_stat data: Navigate to the Content Analytics Tracking Profile (sn_cda_snc_tracking_profile) in your instance.Locate the scheduled refresh time field and adjust as required.Save the record.
