This prevents downloading multiple attachments at once after an incident is closed. The problem was initially observed on the incident table and later confirmed on the sn_audit_control_test table, which extends sn_audit_task. The issue was reported across multiple Verizon instances following Zurich Patch 7. Steps to reproduce include: 1. Navigate to an open incident (or audit control test record) and attach multiple documents. 2. Close the record. 3. Click 'Manage Attachments'—> the 'Download All' button is no longer visible. This script caused the buttons to be invisible for closed records on the sn_audit_control_test table. Resolution Disable any client scripts that hide the "Manage Attachment" and "Download All" buttons.
