The MID server validates SSL certificates by default, and when the hostname in the target URI does not match any name listed in the certificate, the Java runtime rejects the connection with a CertificateException. This is not a product defect or a version compatibility issue. The SolarWinds SGC is compatible with all currently supported ServiceNow releases, including Australia. The error is caused by a misconfigured or mismatched SSL certificate on the SolarWinds side.
