This causes the notification email script to select the Work Note as the latest entry and it is included in the email body instead of Additional Comment. If the script finds that the work note is the latest entry, it will send it in the email body. To avoid this scenario, ensure Work Notes are saved/posted separately from Additional Comments. A possible way to do this is to enable only one note field at a time, Work Notes, or Additional Comments. To check this, go through the following: 1. Go to User Administration > User Preferences and search for glide.ui.activity_stream.multiple_inputs.2. If this exists, make sure the value it is set to false If it does not exist, click New and use the following values: Name: glide.ui.activity_stream.multiple_inputsUser: emptyType: StringValue: false This will give the option to enter either Work Notes or Additional Comments but not both at the same time.
