During the full migration process, the corresponding Core UI (UI16) dashboards are not retained, and the migration relationships between the Core UI dashboards and their Platform Analytics counterparts are removed. Consequently, the "Switch to Core UI" option is not available after a full migration. The availability of the "Switch to Core UI" option is determined by dashboard migration data rather than by a system property. The option is displayed only when both of the following conditions are met: A corresponding Core UI (UI16) dashboard exists.A migration record is present that links the Platform Analytics dashboard to its Core UI counterpart. These migration linkages are maintained when dashboards are migrated individually. However, they are not preserved during a full migration, which is why the "Switch back to core UI" option is not available in this scenario.
