In Localization Workspace, the Translation State for Knowledge type is showing as "Untranslated" when it's already translatedDescriptionCustomers are observing an inconsistency in the Localization Workspace where translated content is incorrectly displayed with the status "Untranslated". This behavior impacts knowledge articles only.Manually updating the translation status using a script does not provide a stable solution. The system contains a scheduled job that resets the translation state (notably reverting records back to "Untranslated"), causing any manual correction to be temporary. Hence no workaround can be provided. As a result, the issue cannot be mitigated through scripting. The behavior is tied to underlying logic in the translation tracking mechanism and requires a permanent product-level fix. We suggest double checking the translation status of knowledge articles before submitting new translation requests: if they are already translated, make sure to unselect them in the content selection.Steps to Reproduce 1) Navigate to Localization Workspace on an affected instance.2) Open a knowledge article that has already been translated.3) Verify that the translation is completed.4) Observe the Translation State field.5) Notice that the state is displayed as "Untranslated" instead of "Complete".6) Wait for the scheduled system process (runs every Sunday) to execute.7) Observe that the translation state is still "Untranslated".WorkaroundNo workaround present to show the correct status, will need to wait for fix. We suggest double checking the translation status of knowledge articles before submitting new translation requests: if they are already translated, make sure to unselect them in the content selection.Related Problem: PRB2031718
