The customers want to revert this change and make the old CMDB Workspace available again. Steps: Navigate to System Properties.Search for the below property: sn_cmdb_ws.cmdb_workspace.disabled Set the property value to: false Save/update the property.Clear the instance cache by navigating to: /cache.do Once the cache clear is completed, log out and log back in.Validate whether CMDB Workspace is accessible again. This was also tested in an out-of-box instance, and after setting the property to false and performing /cache.do, CMDB Workspace was enabled successfully. The reason this may not work immediately after only updating the property is that cached workspace/navigation data may still be present. Clearing the cache allows the instance to reload the updated configuration and complete the revert behavior
