Steps Navigate to the Catalog Item containing the variable.Open the variable that should be hidden from the Additional Information section.Select the Availability tab on the variable record.Locate the Visible on Summaries checkbox.Uncheck Visible on Summaries.Save the variable record. Verification Submit a new request using the catalog item.Open the Request Item (RITM) in Employee Center.Navigate to the request details page.Verify that the variable no longer appears in the Additional Information section.
