"None" is not a valid charset name in Java. Valid charset values include UTF-8, ISO-8859-1, US-ASCII, etc. Since ServiceNow's platform runs on Java, the Charset.forName("None") call throws an UnsupportedCharsetException, which causes the entire REST API call to fail before the response body can be captured.

This is why the same call works from Postman, as it does not perform strict charset validation the way Java does, so it handles the response without issue.
