Once the Start Date passes without a successful allocation, the Loaner Asset Orders is not processed Description The HAM - Loaner Asset Order Allocations scheduled job may not allocate Assets to all Loaner Asset Orders.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Organization > Locations and create a new location with Time zone set to any value (e.g., Australia/Sydney) 2. Navigate to Asset > Portfolios > Hardware Assets and create a new hardware asset with: - Location: Location created in Step 1 - State: In Stock - Substate: Available - Asset function: Loaner 3. Navigate to Hardware Asset Management > Loaner Management > Loaner Asset Orders and create a new order with: - Model: Same model as asset in Step 2 - Location: Same location as Step 1 - Start date: Yesterday's date - Return date: 7 days from today - Stage: Prepare - Waitlisted: Checked 4. Navigate to System Definition > Scheduled Jobs, search for HAM - Loaner Asset Order Allocations, and click Execute Now 5. Open the order created in Step 3

--- Expected Result The available loaner asset is allocated to the order.

--- Actual Result The order is not allocated. The Asset field remains empty and Waitlisted remains checked.

Workaround This problem is fixed in Hardware Asset Management v16.0.0.
