As a deprecated plugin, it is no longer published to the ServiceNow Store, meaning repair and reinstallation actions will fail. Any previous functionality restored through Store sync operations is temporary and will not persist. The "Page not found" error is expected behavior for a deprecated plugin whose resources are no longer available. The SIR Workspace is already installed by default on instances that had Security Incident Response active. No repair, reinstallation, or workaround exists for the deprecated plugin. The supported path forward is to use the SIR Workspace for all security incident management activities.
