This related list queries the task_ci table for all task records where the current CI is listed as an Affected CI, displaying all linked Tasks, Change Requests, Incidents, and other task types. Steps to implement: Navigate to a CI record of the desired class (for example, Windows Server).Right-click the related lists header bar and select "Configure" > "Related Lists."In the Available list, locate "Affected by Task" (task_ci.ci_item).Move it to the Selected list and click Save.Repeat for each CI class form where reverse lookup visibility is needed.
