For out-of-the-box ServiceNow-owned connectors, the required cross-scope privileges are generally shipped or handled as part of the connector configuration. However, for third-party connectors that are not owned by ServiceNow, or in scenarios where custom scripts are added in the Robust Transformer Definition, the required cross-scope privileges may not already exist. In such cases, when the import set is processed, the Robust Transformer attempts to invoke the Pre Script. If the connector application scope does not have the required access to the IRE before-script input objects or related target items, the script execution fails and the import set processing may stop with a cross-scope access error. Create the required cross-scope privilege records for the affected target items from the connector application scope. After creating the required cross-scope privilege, rerun or reprocess the import set and review the import logs again. If the logs show another missing target item access error, create the corresponding cross-scope privilege as well. Repeat this process until all required cross-scope privileges are created. Once all required cross-scope privileges are available, the import set should process successfully without the Pre Script access error.
