Go to Hermes > Diagnostics. If the diagnostics page shows the error below, Hermes is not enabled on the instance. 2. For Yokohama/Zurich versions of glide, verify that the following plugins are installed: 1. com.glide.hub.etl_consumer.kafka 2. com.glide.hub.stream_connect.core If both plugins are installed but Hermes is still not enabled, raise a case task with the PSE team to enable the Hermes service on the instance. 3. For Australia instances, if the above plugins are installed and Hermes is still not enabled, manually install the com.glide.hermes.managed.internal plugin. Once installed, the Hermes service should enable automatically, though this may take some time. If the service is not enabled after 4–5 hours, raise a case task with the PSE team.
